Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager is also responsible for the project producing a result, which is capable of achieving the benefits defined in the business case.
- Accountable for delivering quality statements of work and tender responses as a member of the Proposal Centre Team
- Manages the development of a statement of work with a clearly defined scope of work, or work closely with key stakeholders to develop the requirements in conjunction with the customer and technical resources.
- Leads a small team (1 to 4)of resources, which typically consists of Fujitsu technical or delivery resources, to produce Statement of Work that meets the customers requirements.
- Is accountable for tracking allocated budget and delivering SOWs within set OLAs
- Manages work package or project stage risks and produces an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and costs are understood and underwritten by all by the appropriate parties.
- Ensures that formal review procedures are used. Manages the risks associated with the deliverables of the project inline with PMM standards.
Job Requirement
- Worked in at least one differentmarket sector.
- Excellent Stakeholder Managemetn
- Some experience of running small teams (1 to 4 people).
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel and Word
- Role holder should be PRINCE2 or PMI certified and proficient in PMM processes. Agile experience is a plus.
- Project and Programme Management services experience in at least two of:
- Bids and Tenders
- Statement of work development
- System Integration Projects
- Deployment Projects
- Infrastructure Projects
- Works on one or more work packages at a time.
- Programme/Project Office experience
- Transfer Projects
- Transition Projects
- Transformation Projects
