We have spent the last ten years as a Malta-based recruitment agency putting great effort into pairing the appropriate customer with the right candidate. Day Shift Production Worker Position at M Recruitment in August 2022

Talent is harder to come by as the employment market becomes more and more competitive. To meet the various demands of our clients, M Recruitment provides a variety of recruitment choices. Our clients are from a range of sectors, including gaming, healthcare, hospitality, catering, leisure, warehousing, fashion retail, food retail, and catering. We provide direct employment and subcontracted jobs as services.

Starting with just one person, we now have 200 subcontracted workers working for clients all throughout Malta and Gozo. As our client base increased, so did the number of our subcontracted employees. We also have our own in-house work permit and visa applications team to help assist our candidates with their application and relocation process. Given that many of our candidates are citizens of third countries (providing excellent service quality from experience gained working with top hotel chains and resorts in places like the UAE and Qatar), we are able to offer excellent service quality. Through our "Permit Hub," a one-stop shop for the processing of work permits, we also provide this service to businesses.

Our applicants come from all over the world as an agency, provided they have the necessary credentials and/or experience. This means that factors such as neurodiversity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, or culture have no influence on the decisions we make or the candidates we shortlist. Our selection criteria are based on an applicant's experience, aptitude, behaviour, and desire to succeed in the process.
