APC Manufacturing and Logistics was founded in 2001 by renowned chef and businessman Frank Martino. In 1968, Frank began working in mining and construction camps in Tennant Creek. From there, he expanded into catering jobs all over Australia, with a major contract at the Ranger Uranium mine construction village, where he took care of more than 1,500 single people and 700 married people in the campground and housing estate. Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment including power, water, sewer, gas, fire and communications
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance
  • Undertake day to day preventative/reactive maintenance
  • Fault diagnostic works on the camp including maintenance and refurbishment
  • Reporting
  • Safety analysis
  • You will be responsible for looking after all areas that you would find in a small town, in a remote area and in conditions that will be challenging at times

Job Requirement

  • Full Plumbing Licence (any state, WA desirable)
  • Gas Licence (any state, WA desirable)
  • 5 years experience in Commercial plumbing/gas fitting
  • Must have a current driver’s licence, white card and hepatitis vaccinations
  • Current CPR/LVR cert preferred
  • Camp maintenance experience – preferred
  • WA contractor’s licence – preferred
  • WA Electrical licence (B Class) – desirable
  • Cert III in Water and Waste Water Operations – preferred
  • Machinery tickets and High Risk licences – preferred Covid Vaccination desirable but not essential Must be willing to be vaccinated for Hep A, Hep B and Tetanus AttributesBe reliable, punctual and have good common sense and communication skills
