We will provide guidance to all of our members, whether they are just starting their careers, are already retired, or fall anywhere in between, to help them feel safe, secure, and protected. By looking for investments to protect and grow our members' savings and retirement income, we will use our size and scale to be a force for good in their lives. Following the merger, Australian Retirement Trust now includes all former Sunsuper and QSuper members, and it is open to all Australians. The Queensland Government employees and their families can get superannuation goods and services through the QSuper brand, which is a division of Australian Retirement Trust.

Job Responsibilities

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As an Insurance Officer in our Member division, you’ll apply your analytical skills to support with back-office administration of our insurance products, which could include data processing, insurance maintenance, insurance premium payments and technical analysis. 

  • Reporting to the Team Leader Technical Advice – Insurance, you’ll have the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the growing superannuation and life insurance industries.

Job Requirement

  • Strong analytical skills with a mathematical aptitude
  • Prior knowledge of the superannuation and/or life insurance industries, or a willingness to learn
  • Experience operating in a high-volume environment whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and master new computer systems
  • A passion for continuous improvement and looking for better ways for you and your team to operate.
