The business Perisher is quite new. The resources and infrastructure of Perisher Valley, Smiggin Holes, Mount Blue Cow, Guthega, The Station, and the Skitube alpine railway were combined when it was established in March 1995. The Southern Hemisphere's largest ski resort operation is here. In Australia, it has the highest terrain, most lifts, and consistently reliable snow. The major goal of this final report is to help Perisher Blue Pty Limited create an IT strategic plan. Perisher Blue, Australia's largest and most well-known ski resort, opened its doors in 1995 and offers alpine routes, cross-country skiing, valley and bowl skiing, snowboarding lessons, equipment, clothes, and jewellery (Hearne, 2009).

However, the goal of the IS strategy, internal advanced knowledge sharing processes, and external business objectives will all be taken into account in this study.

Additionally, this research makes recommendations about Perisher Blue's IT management system, store, technology infrastructure, and applications system. Finally, this IT strategic plan offers an IT action plan that focuses on concerns and difficulties arising from the strategy, implementation timeline, and outsourcing.

Job Responsibilities 

• Entering guest rooms to make beds and clean all areas of bathrooms and kitchens
• Thorough cleaning and tidying of public areas such as dining areas, bathrooms and other resort facilities
• Linen collecting, sorting, laundering, folding or delivery
• Regular cleaning and tidying of office areas and function rooms
• Being friendly and courteous to both guests and fellow staff members
• Reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
• Adhering to proper cleaning chemical usage procedures

Job Requirement

•  Previous experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper or Room Attendant is highly desirable
• Excellent time management skills & attention to detail
• A strong work ethic & the ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• The capability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift, bend and carry
• A willingness to learn and collaborate
