Job Responsibilities
- Safety first, so you will be expected to be safe and efficient when out on the road and will need to complete your own daily vehicle safety checks before you head out each morning
- Assisting with mechanical and maintenance tasks
- Forklift work
- Driving trucks over weighbridge where required
- Move trucks around in the yard
- Completion of paperwork
Job Requirement
- You will maintain a forklift licence and be an experienced forklift driver
- You will have a HC truck licence with a minimum of 12 months driving experience in a heavy vehicle
- Good mechanical knowledge
- You will be safety focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
- Have a customer service mindset with effective communication skills
