Job Responsibilities 

  • Renovation and refurbishment of existing gardens including pruning, weeding, fertilising and mulching
  • Green waste and waste management
  • Irrigation system maintenance
  • Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean and tidy and pest management
  • Liaise with colleagues on grounds issues as required
  • Operation of all vehicles and plant equipment in a safe manner

Job Requirement

  • A passion for horticulture and gardening
  • Ability to work well within a small team, follow directions and carry out duties autonomously
  • Proven experience developing strong professional relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Enjoy outdoor physical work in all weather conditions
  • A presentable appearance with strong communication skills
  • Trade qualification beneficial
