About Company

Francesco's two eldest sons were sent away in 1903 because the vineyard could not support them. Joe, one of his sons, emigrated to Australia and made his home there. Tony, a different sibling, moved to Australia in 1926 to work for Joe. Tony established his own company in Warrnambool, a modest fruit shop, within a few years.

The Costa company was formed on the tenets of People First, a programme focused on character and values and motivated by performance and passion. One of the most important concerns of our day is finding more sustainable ways to make fresh, healthy food accessible to everyone, and we think Costa has a crucial role to play in this.

Job Responsibilities

• Picking blueberries
• Work on a casual basis from July 2022 until September 2022, with full time work available during our peak time
• Training is provided on how to pick and pack the best quality fruit 
• Must be flexible to work across other Farm Worker duties as required as tasks may vary on a daily or weekly basis 
• This is a physical role that requires walking and small continuous movements of the wrists, hands, and arms
