About Company
John Boote, the company's founder, is devoted to seeing young people hired or prepared for rewarding agricultural occupations. John and his family relocated to Gympie, Queensland, in 2016 after spending many years running mixed farming, Wagyu breeding, and pastoral enterprises in Victoria, South Australia, and the Northern Territory. Drover Ag was established in 2019 and has since grown throughout Australia's agricultural sectors. July 2022: Farm Manager Position at Drover Ag Recruitment Australia.
John has 20 years of experience managing farming properties and cattle stations in four Australian states and territories, which has given him a thorough grasp of the ag recruiting industry. Throughout John's career in various management roles, the difficulty of recruiting and keeping the workers needed to finish routine farming duties and implement changes was a persistent cause of stress. John is able to match the appropriate employee with the appropriate employment because to the wide-ranging network of farmers and rural enterprises he has amassed. He also enjoys guiding young people toward rewarding vocations in agriculture.
