It all began when Francesco Costa, an Italian winemaker from Salina, moved to Australia in order to generate money for his property. Prior to his departure for Italy in 1895, he worked in Melbourne, Colac, and Geelong. We understand what it means to be well grown, from the neighbourhood fruit and vegetable store in downtown Geelong to a worldwide company that effectively farms, packs, and markets. Job Responsibilities 

  • Tractor operated sprayer to perform herbicide and fungicide duties and other tractor work.
  • Basic service and maintenance of farm equipment.
  • General farm labour.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts or weekends when required.

Job Requirement

  • Must have Chemical Handling certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform work safely. 
  • Experience operating tractors, forklift, truck or front-end loader is desirable.
  • Own reliable transport and current Driver’s License is essential.
