Job Responsibilities

  • Reading and following shop drawings and project plans/layouts.
  • Using the Beam saw, Panel saw, Edge Bander, CNC drilling machine, Dropsaw etc and packing and bundling materials.
  • Complete work set out on cutting lists for jobs as they move through the factory.
  • Building cabinetry and completing onsite installations as the need arises.
  • Ensure the workplace is left clean and orderly.

Job Requirement

  • A trade certificate or substantial transferable experience in cabinetry & joinery industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • A current drivers licence
  • A Construction White Card
  • Basic tools for your personal use
  • A great team player attitude
  • A demonstrated track record in the construction and building industry in a hands-on position.
  • Excellent time and task management skills.
  • Be personable and have a natural approach to developing strong working relationship
  • Be reliable and have a good work ethic
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised and follow directions.
  • Hold strong personal ethics and appreciate a professional workplace.
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a self-starter who is systematic and meticulous with their documentation.
