Job Responsibilities 

• You will be working in a small, solid team providing help desk and hand on IT support to a substantial and growing organisation in the import/wholesale sector.
• Your role will include a mix of tasks and responsibilities including remote user support, hands on desktop support, system loads, software configuration, troubleshooting, mobile device configurations, keeping accurate records and working through various helpdesk tickets and other IT support requests.
• There will be internal face-to-face support, so it is important you are good with people, you are friendly and enjoy face-to-face communication, helping people to sort through issues and for you to provide solutions, working with the existing team and researching other solutions if required.

Job Requirement

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft windows
• Computer and Laptop repairs and maintenance with knowledge of cpu, ram , ssd drives etc
• New system loads
• Helpdesk support skills
• Troubleshooting Office 365 applications
• General Networking
• Server Basics
  • Adding, removing, changing users
  • Creating folders, setting up shares and folder security
  • Moving data and checking data moves completed correctly
