Job Responsibilities 

Due to our clients growing book of works, they are requiring multiple Electrical Technicians to join their team. 
This role will provide support to the Service Manager/Product Specialists by overseeing and carrying out programmed preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown maintenance. 

Duties of the role may include but are not limited to:

  • Static UPS repairs and maintenance
  • Rotary UPS repairs and maintenance
  • DC Systems repairs and maintenance, including battery systems
  • Technical installations such as SUPS and Generating sets
  • Assist with testing and commissioning of equipment 
  • Technical and maintenance report writing and providing recommendations to clients
  • Providing input to quotations and in the preparation of invoices for distribution by support staff
  • Other works classified as service or maintenance in nature and technically based

Note: Training will be provided on equipment where required


Job Requirement

  • WA Electrical Licence
  • WA Drivers Licence
  • Trade Certificate
  • White card
  • Working at heights (desirable)
  • High risk work licence – WP (desirable)
  • CPR / LVR (first aid desirable)
  • Must be able to work independently or part of a team
  • National police clearance within 3 months (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Be compliant with the requirements of the electrical standards
  • Have a strong focus on promoting and displaying a positive attitude towards safety
  • Possess good communication and report writing skills
  • Possess sound computer skills and attention to detail
  • Be willing to travel and work away from Perth for short periods
  • Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Participate in an on-call roster with other members of the team
