Job Responsibilities 

  • Support the good functioning of the hotel in order to improve the customer experience Make minor and major repairs to the hostel equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance procedures on a scheduled basis.
  • Complete lists of daily, weekly and monthly reviews on the creation of equipment maintenance procedures and keep track of scheduled maintenance procedures.
  • Material needs a report for maintenance and cleaning activities.
  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, scrubbing, dusting and polishing.
  • Ensure that all rooms are serviced according to standards.
  • Notify your superiors of any damage, changes or malfunctions.
  • Deal with complaints/requests from clients with professionalism and patience Guarantee the security of the property and its clients during the day and night
  • Report any irregularities in the Location Manager property Support for the management of suppliers.

Job Requirement

  • Prior experience in Hotel/Hostels
  • Work under pressure
  • Multitasking
  • Experience in Mantencience and Cleaning activities
  • Client service skills
