Job Responsibilities 

• Attending and supporting clients as per the roster
• Completing task lists and following care / service delivery plans
• Recording and documenting progress notes from services
• Reporting any incidents or concerns of welfare

Job Requirement

• Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline
• HLTAID0011 First Aid and CPR
• Victorian Driver’s License and Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Confident in supporting other individuals independently within the home
