Job Responsibilities

As a Manager within our Change and Communications team in the Government & Public Sector section your impact will be seen by:

  • Having a strong desire and proven ability to develop client relationships in order to drive sales and develop business opportunities
  • Having demonstrated knowledge of industry and market trends and an enthusiasm for delivering these ideas via public speaking opportunities at industry networking events
  • Assuming a key leadership role within the practice
  • Being a subject matter expert for competencies related to People, Workforce and Change Management whether this be operational transformation, cultural change or technology driven change (including leading, organisation change strategy, business readiness, change measurement and analytics, engagement and communication planning, workforce transformation and Behaviour Change)
  • Leading and executing projects and programs management developing, shaping, planning and executing large projects/programs across client and consulting teams
  • Demonstrating significant team leadership experience, exceptional coaching skills and a passion to drive career development for team members

Job Requirement

  • To be successful in this role, you will be a recognised change leader within the consulting market either locally or overseas with a minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering People, Workforce and Change Management services in a Management Consulting firm or internal consulting team within a large complex organisation.
  • Able to think strategically and drive practical outcomes for our clients. You are a confident communicator, who uses different mediums to present their ideas.
  • You are an approachable, calm and personable individual who can adapt to the culture at hand.
  • Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Consulting team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results.
  • You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.
  • Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
  • You will need to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA government security clearance.
