Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Coxswains to join our El Questro team.

• Reporting to the Activities Manager you will monitor operations onboard the vessel including, maintenance, compliance with local regulations and the safety of all passengers and crew.

Job Requirement

• Coxswain Grade 2 Certificate of Competency (essential).
• First Aid Certificate (essential).
• A current valid driver’s license (essential).
• Experience driving boats and boat maintenance.
• Available to work a flexible roster across Monday to Sunday as required.
• A great attitude and willingness to learn.
• A focus on providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of correct manual handling techniques and WHS awareness.
